MASTERING THE FITNESS MINDSET

Although will power is an important part of achieving a solid “mind over matter” mindset, there are other things to consider. First of all, proper rest and a healthy diet plays an important role in developing this skill. Other factors that come into play are spiritually connecting with the creator, visualizing your preferred results, focusing on the prize, being honest with yourself, eliminating bad habits and reading more materials on mastering the fitness mindset. Reading stories on how other people approached their mental training can inspire you as well.

This may sound like a lot but in reality it all starts with time management. A solid weekly schedule can help you maintain focus and help you grow mentally stronger. By repeating your time management schedule you are training your mind to practice good habits automatically.
