Q: Do you ship to the UK?

A: Yes. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Q: Can I return items for sizing issues?

A: No. We have gone to great lengths to insure that you make the right choices for sizing. We have sizing charts for inches AND the metric system on all related  products to ensure this procedure goes without error.

If your item is damaged, defected or misprinted we will gladly accept your return for exchange or refund for your unused item(s).

Q: Do you ship from China?

A: No. We ship from the United States (for US customers) and from our Europe location (for all other orders). For shipping arrival times please review our shipping policies.

Q: Do you pay for shipping on returns?

A: We will foot the cost on the shipping back to you but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost on your return(s).

Q: What are the benefits of subscribing to your newsletter?

A: Our subscribers are special to us. Subscribers will receive special perks on future purchases and be notified when we launch new products.

Q: What steps should I take when returning item(s)?

A: The first step will be to notify us via email to returns@righteous1apparel.com. This would speed up the process to process your return and alert our warehouse of the return.

Q: How much time do I have to return item(s) after they arrive?

A: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.

Q: What happens if my order gets lost in transit?

A: If your package is believed to have been lost in transit or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier you chose upon ordering. We will follow up by referring to the information provided in the tracking number.
