Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Righteous 1 Apparel ships internationally. Below are the countries we ship to and estimates of package arrival times. These times depend on other factors that might apply (ie-weekend, holidays, inclement weather or outtages).

We provide tracking numbers after your order has shipped for peace of mind. Most orders are shipped within 5 days. Depending on which shipping method you use will determine the time your package arrive.
NOTE: Due to the current pandemic, some deliveries may take longer than normal. We thank you for your patience and patronage.
If your delivery is taking longer than you expected, please notify us immediately at customerservice@righteous1apparel.com. We reply to all emails within 24 hours.
RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you contact with our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label
-You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Before returning item(s) to us, please contact us at returns@righteous1apparel.com.
If your package is believed to have been lost in trasit or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier you chose upon ordering. We will follow up by referring to the information provided in the tracking number.
We will gladly absorb the price to re-ship your order but it is the customer’s responsible to pay the shipping cost on returns.
Where are returns sent?
Packages sent out from our US warehouse are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
Meanwhile, packages sent out from our Europe location are automatically returned to our Europe location. Its address: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
